Maintenance / Handyman | Aged Care Role

• IMMEDIATE START
• $37+ PER HOUR + PENALTIES & SUPER
• MON - FRI ROLE
• BENTLEY LOCATION
• WEEKLY PAY CYCLE

Your Responsibilities:

• Upkeeping facility with repair and maintenance
• Painting, patching, hanging shelving and pictures in resident rooms and common areas
• Manual labour moving furniture and materials
• Working on HVAC systems
• Liaising with and managing of contractors on site and assisting when needed
• Use of computer programs to log and update jobs
• Understanding of current building codes and ensuring facility compliance with required maintenance works
• Communicating and interacting with site visitors and residents
• Other duties as required

What you need:

• Experience in a similar role min 2 years
• Own car and licence
• White Card
• Covid vaccinations x3
• Current Flu Vaccination
• National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• NDIS Registration
